Newark Interfaith is a subsidiary of the Interfaith Alliance Group , an experienced real estate developing firm, that focuses on the community needs, by partnering with pastors and local leaders to help identify the needs of the locals..

Partnering with the local communities
To improve our communities – to make them places where people are healthy, safe, and cared for takes a lot of work. We know all too well that this is a task that cannot be accomplished by any one person, agency or organization alone.
The ability to partner effectively with other individuals, community leaders, government agencies, and organizations, — both inside and outside the community — is absolutely essential to doing what we like to call “the work” of building healthy communities.
Therefore Newark Interfaith has chosen to do just that, create that partnership, strategizing and finding areas that are in the most dire need of improvement, and to develop plans, programs, and projects to benefit those areas.
Project Goal / Mission
Newark Interfaith will provide desirable housing and much needed retail establishments, in aesthetically pleasing structures that complies with the surrounding neighborhood associations’ and community residents’ desire to improve the neighborhood. Thereby once again encouraging individuals, families, and businesses to call Newark home, and returning the community pride to the great city of Newark.
These newly constructed multiple dwellings will increase the City’s housing stock, with the intent to provide homeowners and new home buyers with a larger housing pool. In addition to increasing the new housing supply for active Newark home buyers.
